Here is an ODS2 utility which is an interactive tool to mount a disk, to navigate in the directory structure and to copy from the disk. Unfortunately the copy is - more or less - text mode.

Here is an ODS2 reader which is also interactive but only accepts one command. It's not possible to navigate in the directory structure, the next command again starts at the top, the master file directory. To copy from the disk the full vms path needs to be specified. There is a binary copy. Unfortunately the copy is always into the current directory and the filename is always as on the ODS2 disk. So an additional rename is required to make a lowercase filename out of the UPPERCASE filename from ODS2.
